Polka Dot Birthday Party Pail Materials:

•  paper cups
•  acrylic paint and brushes
•  colored construction paper
•  hole punch
•  split pins (brads)
•  polka dot stickers to decorate


  1. Paint paper cups and allow to dry (this can be done ahead of time to minimize the mess)
  2. Cut strips of construction paper to make handles
  3. Punch holes in both ends of the handles and on two sides of the painted cups
  4. Attach handles to cups using split pins
  5. Decorate with polka dot stickers
